Dia de los Muertos at ARTS

Come to the ARTS Center to celebrate our loved ones by adding their names and memories to our community altar. This is a special opportunity to honor and remember our loved ones. Engage in various creative activities to further connect with and honor our traditions.

The evening will feature art the youngest talents in our ARTS of Campus program. Join us for an interactive workshop led by our dedicated Community ARTS Sound and Technology project team, where you’ll craft stunning wind chimes embellished with intricately laser-etched cempasuchil flowers, known for their vibrant colors and cultural significance.

As a special treat, we will explore relationships with loved ones through poetry and written words with Paola Capó-García.

We are excited to collaborate with our friends at the Institute for Public Strategies (IPS), who will enrich the evening with a range of engaging activities. This is a great opportunity to learn more about community resources from the teams at Livewell San Diego and Altercare Line.
