ARTS Summer Camps (2022)
Summer at ARTS is just about over! We have had a great run of Summer Camps over the last two months as part of our partnership with the San Diego Foundation, San Diego Unified School District and Level Up SD. We hosted 3 sessions of camps for youth 8 - 18 years old.
Over the course of our 2-week camp, cohorts of 15 - 20 students from San Diego Unified School District came the ARTS Center to explore the real definition of Creating Community Together. One major highlight from each session is when we treated our youth and staff to a fun day at The Fleet Center in Balboa Park or the Museum of Contemporary Art - La Jolla. As with any program we offer, at the end of the session we produced an exhibition where family and friends were invited to see all the work created by these young artists during their time with us.
